Food Banks In Trouble

I saw this story and thought it is well worth posting, as it again shows how the country is sliding downward under the relentless assault by the monied interests. Many of the main victims are folks who in the past commonly described themselves as "middle class." From what I understand, a million more Americans are expected to lose their homes to foreclosure this year alone, and that estimate may prove to be too low. Add in the number of folks who have already been added to the foreclosure tally from the last few years, and the total is staggering!!! Here is the link:
