I have lots of opinions and stories and I wish to share them, with the idea that I'm not all knowing, and may receive criticism from others. I'm not afraid of ideas that are contrary to my own, but I think people have more common ground than we are sometimes led to believe.
I thought I'd post the links to these two articles, as they are very pertinent to what's going on. The first deals with Secretary Paulson's change in plans for the "bailout" billions. The second article is about "Big Oil" and taxes, as well as the mortgage crisis.

Music is a big part of my life, and I have a number of favorite songs that fit my mood at any given time; that is, happy and upbeat, serious, inspirational, melancholy. To me, not all songs have to have some deep, serious meaning to them, but are just for fun. Jokes and joking are also a big part of my life, and in some quarters, I'm known for my one liners. Politically I'm interested in economic populism/progressivism, with emphasis on income distribution and health care.
