They Dropped The Ball

We have rules and regulations in society for a reason. If Randy walked up to you, gun or knife in hand, and threatened you, and you called out to a nearby policeman for help, how would you feel if that officer said, "I can't do anything about it, it's a free country, and if this guy wants to threaten you, oh well!"
