The Dems Win Another One!

Democrats have captured another congressional seat held for more than thirty years by the Republicans. The Republicans can't get enough distance between themselves, Bush, and a country where 80% of poll respondents say the nation is on the wrong course. The eighty percent figure has to include many Republicans! Interestingly, income statistics show that the top 20% on the income scale have benefited the most from G. W. Bush, a man who NOW says he's worried about oil and gasoline prices. Of course, with this guy, it may mean that he's worried that they aren't high enough for his oil business buddies and wealthy investors, the income class he's shown the most worry about in his time in office.
